Configure Medical Database Privilege

The Medical Database privilege allows the selected user the ability to add and modify procedures, diagnosis, medications, etc. to the system tables. There are two levels of privilege for the medical database privilege: None (cannot add and modify procedures, diagnosis, medications, etc.) and All (can add and modify procedures, diagnosis, medications, etc.). Use the following steps to configure the Medical Database privilege for a user.

1. Click Edit > System Tables > Users.
    

2. In the Users dialog, double-click the User you want to configure the Medical Database privilege for.
    

3. Click the Privileges tab.
    

4. Highlight the Medical Database privilege, and then click the All radio button.
    

5. When finished, click the OK button.
