Export Public Health Surveillance Data

Use the following steps to export Bio Syndromic Public Health Surveillance Data.

1. Click Chart > Export > Public Surveillance Data.
    

2. In the Public Surveillance dialog, select the Practice you want to export data for.
    

3. Select the Format for the file you are sending.
    

4. In the From and To fields, select the Date Range for which you want to export data.
    

5. In the Output File field, click the Browse button and browse to the location to output the hl7 file.
   
   
    

6. Click the Export button.
    

7. When the  system has generated the Public Surveillance  Data file a confirmation message will appear. Click the OK button.
