When accessed, the Allergy history will display the Date of each allergy event, the Allergy, the allergy Detail, the type of Action, RXNorm, the Signer (Signing Provider), and the User that generated the event. Use the following steps to view Allergy history for a patient.
Access the patient's chart.
Click the History
tab, and then click the Allergies
button.
The Allergy history will now appear for the patient.
You have the ability to filter allergy data by clicking the column-headings
to sort on that item, or click the corresponding drop-down list in the
column-heading to view specific data contained in that column item. For
example, when viewing Allergy history events you can select to view specific
data based on the Allergy, Detail, Action, or the Signer column.
