View Diagnosis History

When accessed, the Diagnosis history will display the Date of each diagnostic event, the Diagnosis, any Comments, the type of Action, the ICD-9, SNOMED Code, and the Signer (Signing Provider). Use the following steps to view Diagnosis history for a patient.

1. Access the patient's chart.
    

2. Click the History tab, and then click the Diagnosis button.
    

3. The Diagnosis history will now appear for the patient. You have the ability to filter diagnostic data by clicking the column-headings to sort on that item, or click the corresponding drop-down list in the column-heading to view specific data contained in that column item. For example, when viewing Diagnosis history events you can select to view specific data based on the Diagnosis, Comments, Action, or the Signer column.
