Access the patient's chart.
Click the History
tab, and then click the Results
button.
The Results history will now appear for the patient.
You have the ability to filter result data by clicking the column-headings
to sort on that item, or click the corresponding drop-down list in the
column-heading to view specific data contained in that column item. For
example, when viewing Result history events you can select to view specific
data based on the Name, Value, Action, or the Signer column.
