Use the following steps to enroll for a Lab Interface from BioReference, LabCorp, or Quest.
Contact your BioReference, LabCorp, or Quest representative
requesting a lab results interface with ChartMaker®
Clinical. The lab representative will submit the request for an interface
to their technical department. There may be a Request to Interface form
they will ask you to sign.
Contact your ChartMaker®
Clinical training or support representative to request this interface
for ChartMaker®
Clinical. Your representative will provide you with the STI Health Portal
and Associated Services Request Form to sign.
The BioReference, LabCorp, and/or Quest technical
services representative will contact STI Computer Services, Inc. after
they have assigned the Interface ID# for your practice.
An STI support representative will call you to
let you know we have received your Interface ID# from BioReference, LabCorp,
and/or Quest and tell you we are ready to proceed with the setup.
The STI technical department will setup and configure your lab results interface for testing and then production.
