Spiro Trend: Post-Bronchodilator Reporting

The Spiro Trend: Post Bronchodilator Reporting report type allows you to view, print, or email test results and analysis for Post Bronchodilator Spirometry tests.  You also have the ability to view one or multiple results in a single report. Use the following steps to perform this operation.

1. Click Chart > Instrumentation > Midmark.
   
   NOTE: If a patient's chart is opened you have the ability to access the Midmark Inteface for that specific patient only by clicking Note > Instrumentation > Midmark. The Midmark dialog will then open and the patient will default into the Select Patient field. If the Midmark interface is accessed this way you can skip to step 4.
    

2. In the Selected Patient field of the Midmark dialog, click the Open button to select a patient.
    

3. In the Open Patient dialog, select the Patient you want to view, print, or email a  Post Bronchodilator Spirometry report for, and then click the Open button.
    

4. In the Midmark dialog, click the Analysis tab.
    

5. In the Report Type, select Spiro Trend: Post Bronchodilator Reporting.
    

6. All of the available CAR files for the patient will be displayed in the Files Available for Patient field. Highlight the file(s) you want to view, print, or send via email.
    

7. Click the View button if you want to view the selected report(s). If this option is selected, the Midmark software will open allowing you to view the report and perform an analysis functions. Click the Print button if you want to print the selected report(s) for the patient. Click the Print Setup button to display the Printer dialog to configure the printer to be used and other printing options. Click the Email button if you want to attach the selected report(s) to an email in either PDF or CAR format.
    

8. When finished, click the Close button.
