Suspend a Patient's Account for PatientPortal

Use the following steps to suspend the automatic export of patient data to the PatientPortal for a patient.

1. Open a patient's chart.
    

2. In the patient's Facesheet, click the Patient Portal button.
    

3. In the Patient Portal dialog, check the Suspend export on note signing option.
   
   
    

4. When finished, click the OK button. You will notice that the Patient Portal button turns red, indicating that the patient's account has been suspended for the PatientPortal.
