Open the patient's chart.
In the Medication List of the patient's Face Sheet,
click the 
button
to the left of the medication you wish to view pharmacy information for.
The medication menu will be open displaying the
medication information as well as options for queuing,
printing, or sending prescriptions.
To view the last pharmacy that a medication was e-prescribed, click Last
E-Rx Pharmacy. The pharmacy name, address, phone, and that date the last
e-prescription will then be displayed.
