Transfer Scanned Files from the Remote Location

Once you have scanned in the documents, as well as modified and/or renamed as needed, you are ready to transfer those files from your remote computer to the application server using the Scan Utility. Use the following steps to move the scanned files.

 

  1. Right-click the Scan Utility icon in the system tray, and then click Move Files. A progress dialog will appear displaying the number of files to be moved and the file being moved.
     

  2. After your files have been transferred successfully you will see the Info dialog. Click the OK button.
