ChartMaker® Clinical installations where hardware is purchased from STI Computer Services are quoted with Smart APC uninterruptible power supplies. These power supplies come equipped with software to gracefully shut down the ChartMaker® Clinical system in the event of an extended power outage. Loss of power would not affect existing data in the database.
