Add a Comment to a Patient's Flow Sheet

Comments can be added to the flow sheet, for whatever purposes the technicians and physicians see fit. Use the following steps to add a comment to a patient's flow sheet.

1. Access the patient's shot room flow sheet, and then click the Add Comment button.
   
   
   
    

2. In the Add Comment dialog, enter the free-text comment in the Comment field.
   
   
   
    

3. When finished, click the OK button.
    

4. In the patient's shot room flow sheet, the comment text will be added to the flow sheet as a new line. Comments do not affect the statuses of the patient within the Shot Roomsystem. Do note that if a mistake was made and an incorrect line appears in the flow sheet, you can click the Delete Last Line button to delete the last entry in the patient's flow sheet. Click the Save Flowsheet button to save the modifications made.
