Clear a Patient's ID

Use the following steps to clear a patient's shot room ID number.

1. Access the patient's shot room flow sheet, and then click Patient > Clear ID.
   
   
   
    

2. In the Clear ID? dialog, click the Yes button.
   
   
   
    

3. The ID will then be cleared from the patient's flow sheet as well as their ID Card. Click the Save Flowsheet button to exit the patient's flow sheet.
