Delete a Case for a Patient

Use the following steps to delete a case from the patient's account.

 

  1. From the patient's open chart, click the ID tab.
     

  2. In the Case section, select the applicable Practice.
     

  3. In the Case field, select the Case you want to delete.
     

  4. Click the button to delete the case.

    NOTE: When deleting a case, all the accompanying Provider, Guarantor, Referring Physician, and Insurance information for that case will also be deleted.
