Delete Insurance Information

Use the following steps to delete insurance information for a patient.

 

 

  1. From the patient's open chart, click the ID tab.
     

  2. Scroll down to the Case section and in the Practice field, select the applicable Practice.
     

  3. In the Case field, select the Case you want to delete the insurance from, if applicable.
     

  4. In the Insurance field, select the Insurance you want to delete.
     

  5. Click the button next to the insurance to delete the selected insurance.
