Print Immunization and Vitals Report

The Print Immunization and Vitals Report option allows you to print the Immunizations and Vitals Report for the selected patient. This report will display vital sign information for the patient, as well as the immunization series and booster information that was configured in Practice Manager for the patient. Use the following steps to print the Immunization and Vitals Report for a patient.

1. Open a patient chart.
    

2. Click the Note tab.
    

3. In the Note menu, click Print Immunization and Vitals Report.
   
   
   
    

4. The Report Viewer will then display any applicable immunization and vitals information for the patient allowing you to export or print the report as needed. Click the Export Report button to export the report to a selected location, or click the Print Report button to print the report.
