Print Form

The Print Form is a way of printing out a note without having to save that note in the chart. For example, if you wanted to print out a summary sheet of the patient, you can select it in the print form part of the note tab. This will print out the summary without having to save and/or sign a note for the patient. Use the following steps to use the Print Form option.

1. Open a patient chart.
    

2. Click the Note tab.
    

3. In the Note menu, click Print Form, and click the template or form you want to print. This will let you print out the note without saving it in the chart.
