Use the following steps to import a macro.
Open the ChartMaker®
Clinical Voice Application and wait for the Speaker to load in the bottom
right of the window.
Click Voice >
Tools > Command Browser.
In the Command Browser dialog, click the Manage button.
In the Current group drop-down filed, select User-defined.
Check the Global
Commands box, and then click the Import
button.
Browse to the location you saved the macro (.dat
file) you want to import (i.e., the USB device or a shared directory),
and then click the Open button.
In the Import Commands dialog, select the commands
you want to import, and then click the Import
button.
Once the files have been imported successfully,
click the OK button.
Highlight the Command you just imported, and then
click the To Script button.
Click the Edit
button.
In the MyCommands Editor dialog, click the Train button.
In the Train Words dialog, click the Go
button.
When the yellow bar appears, say the word in the
Please say field.
Repeat steps 12 and 13 at least 3 times.
When finished, click the Done
button.
In the MyCommands Editor dialog, click the Save button.
