If you find that training shows results while you are in the same session of the ChartMaker® Clinical Voice Application but it no longer works when you close out and reenter the ChartMaker® Clinical Voice Application, you have the ability to save your user file when dictating. Use the following steps to save your user file.
Open the ChartMaker® Clinical
Voice Application and begin dictating.
When you are finished dictating, click Voice
> Users > Save User File.
NOTE: If the Save User File option is grayed out, there is no training
information to be saved; therefore this step is not necessary.
Close the ChartMaker® Clinical Voice Application.
