Train Individual Words

Sometimes certain words do not get recognized by the ChartMaker® Clinical Voice Application and need to be retrained. The ChartMaker® Clinical Voice Application allows you to train individual words without running through the entire training process again. As long as you have run through the entire training process once, you are allowed to train individual words. Use the following steps to train individual words.

1. Open the ChartMaker® Clinical Voice Application and wait for the Speaker to load in the bottom right of the window.
    

2. Click Voice > Tools > Accuracy Center.
    

3. Enter the Word or Phrase you wish to train in the corresponding field, and then click the Train button.
    

4. In the Train Words dialog, click the Go button.
    

5. When the yellow bar appears, say the word in the Please say field.
    

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 at least 3 times.
    

7. When finished, click the Done button.
