Enroll a Provider for E-Prescribing

To enroll a provider for e-prescribing you must complete the SureScripts Enrollment Form via our website: www.sticomputer.com. Use the following steps to access and complete the SureScripts Enrollment Form.

1. Access our website: www.sticomputer.com.
    

2. Once connected to www.sticomputer.com, click the Customers option.
    

3. Enter your User Name, Password, and Security code, in the corresponding fields, and then click the LOGIN button.
    

4. After you have logged in, click the Enrollments link on the left.
    

5. In the Enrollments page, click the SureScripts/Direct Messaging Enrollment Form link.
    

6. In the SureScripts Enrollment Form page, enter all applicable enrollment information in the corresponding fields, being sure to complete all required fields, and then click the Submit button.
