All chart information for the patient is entered in the Note tab. Once the ID information has been filled out, all subsequent data gets into the chart through the note tab. This dialog is broken down into several parts.
Recent Notes: shows you the five most recently saved notes and the five most recently viewed notes.
New Note: or chart notes from your most commonly used templates.
Print Form: lets you print out a note from a template without having to actually save that note to a chart. This is useful if you want to print out a patient summary or face sheet.
New Letters: lets you make letters either on their own or including the entire text from another chart note.
Custom
Forms:
allows you to attach a customized form to the patient's chart and pre-fill
applicable patient data.
Print Immunization and Vitals Report: allows you to print the Immunizations and Vitals Report for the selected patient. This report will display vital sign information for the patient, as well as the immunization series and booster information that was configured in Practice Manager for the patient.
The Organizer: which lets you view the entire contents of a chart, print out a chart or preview ChartMaker® Clinical notes.
Build Note: which lets you make a note by choosing from any template within ChartMaker® Clinical.
Scan Document: lets you access the Scan Management dialog to insert scanned documents and/or images into the patient's chart.
Add
Existing File:
which lets you add documents or images from other programs to the patient
chart. (A special note about existing files... If you add a document from
another program, you must have that program on the computer you are trying
to open the document from in order to read that document. For example,
if you add a word document to the chart and go to another computer, that
computer must have word on it for you to read that document.)
Add
Patient-Generated Health Data:
which lets you add documents or images from other programs to the patient
chart that will be marked throughout the system as patient-generated health
data.
Instrumentation: allows access to any existing instruments, such as the Midmark Interface, for the current patient selected.
