Use the following steps to open the organizer for a patient.
Open a patient chart.
Click the Organizer
button from the toolbar, or click the Note
tab on the right side of the patient chart, and then click Organizer.
The Organizer will open. The top of the organizer will detail the patient
name and case type. The default folder when opening the organizer is the
All folder. Items may be filed into other folders from this screen. Throughout
the Organizer you can sort the various items by Column Headings by clicking
the specific heading you want to sort by. You may also Open,
Print,
Print
the List,
Delete,
and Preview
chart notes from this area, as well as Mark
Chart Note as Advanced Directive, Mark
Chart Note as Formal Health Record, and/or Mark
Chart Notes as Patient-Generated Health Data.
